Roles and Responsibilities
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
2. Identify and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
4. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies. Negotiate contract terms and close deals in coordination with the sales team.
6. Manage internal operations and manage team performance.
7. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to management.
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
