Timeframe for Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription/ or Service within 24 hours of purchase if the service has not been utilized. To cancel, please contact our support team at info@creddos.com with your order details.
Usage:
If you have started using the service or have customized your digital menu cards, cancellations may not be permitted.
Eligibility:
Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the specified 1 day window and if the service has not been used. Requests made after this period or for services that have been utilized or customized are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services or features may be non-refundable, especially if they involve custom design work or other specialized services that have been delivered.
